Refund policy

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This policy applies to tattoo services and merchandise purchased from Loyalty Tattoo Montréal.

TATTOOS

An initial payment of $100, included in the total price of the tattoo, is required to reserve the appointment and begin preparing the project.

This payment may be transferred once if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

With less than 48 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show, Loyalty Tattoo Montréal may retain any amounts permitted by law to cover services already provided and expenses incurred. A new initial payment of $100 will be required to reserve another date.

If a fully paid tattoo is cancelled, including one paid through financing, Loyalty Tattoo Montréal may retain from the amounts paid any sums permitted by law to cover, among other things, the consultation, administration, research, project preparation and design creation, supplies used, expenses incurred, and any actual loss resulting from the cancellation.

Any refundable balance will be returned using the original payment method. When financing was used, the refund will be processed according to the financing provider’s terms and processing times.

MERCHANDISE

Merchandise purchases are non-refundable. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the in-store purchase date or, for online orders, within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Size exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is no longer available, an exchange for another item or store credit may be offered.

Personalized items, special orders, gift cards, jewellery, hygiene-related items, and sale items are final sale.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
